Women's Justice Center / Centro de Justicia para la Mujer, (CEJUM)

Interns may participate in all aspects of CEJUM's ​services including client intake, individual and group therapy for adults and youth, and observing CEJUM's legal and medical support services. Interns may also help with research and protocol development for priority issues noted below.

Tasks intern will work on: Assisting with client intake, individual and group therapy, researching and helping develop new protocols related to human trafficking, adolescent group therapy, and supporting survivors of sexual assault.

Category: Governmental organization that provides multi-disciplinary support to women and girls who have experienced intimate partner or sexual violence.

Organization needs: Highly organized and self motivated students

Skills required: Undergraduate or graduate students

Housing: COE liaison may have leads to housing through local language school program.
